Fabricated Pipe's Fabrication Facilities are located in Fernwood, MS., and have been in business for 27 years. Our craft tends to stay throughout their careers and with few other fabricators in the area, we have the ability to hire craft as needed.

We have recently invested over $ 15M in renovating our 80,000 sq. ft. existing facility, including purchasing all new equipment and adding a 60,000 sq. ft. State-of-the-Art, climate-controlled fabrication facility giving us a total of 140,000 sq. ft. in fabrication space alone. In addition, we have added a 2,300 sq. ft. x-ray building, 4,800 sq. ft. Hydro Building /Power Bay, and 2-additional 6,000 sq. ft. paint shops.

We have also purchased additional land giving us a total of approximately 50 acres, allowing us to have ample lay down area and the ability to continue to grow.

• Pipe wall thickness up to 4”
• Welding to B31.1 and B31.3 standards,  API 1104, API 620, API 510  • ASME “S” and “U” stamp registered
• Capacity - 24 k to 60 k diameter inches per  month. 300 k to 720 k diameter inches per  year. Increase upon completion of additional  facilities - Q1 2025
• Spool Manager System - created in house  for tracking of welds and weld inspections
• Bar coding system for tracking spools  • Lincoln 5 axis plasma pipe cutter/profiler
• Ability to fabricate jacketed pipe
