The Carlton is a 24 suite retirement/professional rental unit with furnished and unfurnished suites for rent. Lanigan is only a 20 min drive from the mine site so this could be a very handy place to be situated out of while working at the mine.

The Carlton is a beautiful, quiet building located only 20 minutes away from the BHP mine site.  All of our suites have large kitchens with walk in pantry, fridge, stove and dishwasher included.  In suite laundry and storage, spacious doorways and hallways, private balcony for each suite.  Our suites are either 1 bedroom/1 bathroom OR 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. They range in size from 1030 sq ft to 1350 sq ft.  Heated indoor parking is also available with extra storage. Our Building has secure entrance and ample visitor parking. RV parking & garden spots are also available.  Common room for tenants to use for social or family functions.  Guest suite available.  One payment includes your rent, power, gas, water and internet.  No shoveling snow or cutting grass.
