JNE Welding LP is one of Saskatchewan’s largest custom industrial metal fabricators focused on oil and gas, potash, uranium, and utilities. We have been providing industry with quality fabrications at competitive pricing since 1980. For over 40 years now we have been based out of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan with 2 fabrication locations. JNE occupies more than 81,000 square feet of production facilities with a single indoor lift capacity of 120 tons and 35 feet under the hook.

Our main fabrication shop on Thatcher Avenue consists of two buildings (Shop A & B) and is used to facilitate large oversized single piece fabrications as well as many smaller custom fabrication projects. Our “Quick Fab” division, located in our shop on 56th Street is specifically designed to handle small to medium sized projects with expedited timelines, including Mobile Welding Units. These units combined with our technical expertise and equipment allow us to complete difficult onsite welds and fabrications. In situations where vessels may not be able to be removed or installed in once piece we can fabricate in place. Typically, there is a total staffing of 130 to 160 including admin and management.
These scopes have included, but are not limited to, structural steel, chutes, ore bins, tanks, pipe spooling, pressure vessels, and OEM processing equipment such as thickeners, rotary dryers, and conveyance systems. JNE is an engineered to order shop, we do not have a product line. We have developed fabrication and welding procedures for a vast array of alloys such as 316, 304H, 904L, 2205, Inconel, Monel and C276. We are registered on ISNetworld and are CWB, ASME, & ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Working with a vast array of alloys, including but not limited to; stainless steel, duplex stainless, super duplex, Inconel, and Monel, JNE has developed fabrication and welding procedures that ensure conformance to the stringent quality requirements our customers expect.
With disciplined project management and scheduling processes, JNE provides accurate and timely project reporting ensuring the critical path is maintained and commitments for project delivery are met.
In addition to JNE’s 77,000 square feet of fabrication shop space, JNE provides site installation and repair services with its fleet of welding trucks and mobile equipment.
