Excavating

Whether you want to construct a commercial or a residential building, roadways, bridges, or install pipes and underground utility lines, the land needs to be inspected and prepared to ensure it provides a strong foundation. For large or small projects, we have the equipment to excavate, load and haul away or import materials. Bulk work, or fine grading of slopes and grades is all easily handled and managed. Excavation uses different tools and techniques to move soil, rock, and other material to form a cavity and prepare the area for construction.

Aggregate, Fill Materials and Construction Supplies

We have almost all materials that you might need. Please see our aggregates page and then have a link. We also can supply and install geotextile materials, culverts, catch basins, weeping tile and more.

Site Preparation

From start to finish, for a small play structure to an arena or retention pond. We can take it from top soil, field or decommissioning an old structure at the start, to the finished grade, and meet the clients needs, whether it is the homeowner or the engineer representing a corporate owner. We leave with satisfaction and quality as the end product.

Grading

From road work, yard setup, drainage, driveways, we can handle all of it. Laser grading capability gets us a 5mm tolerance which gets you quality results.

Gravel and Aggregate installation

TLF can supply and install any type of gravel and aggregates. We handle everything sand to rip rap, and we guarantee quality results. Excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, rock trucks and skidsteers are just some of what we can use to complete a project.  We also have a complete line of compaction equipment.

HydroVac

Hydrovac to daylight, expose or install utilities in congested areas where it is not safe to dig with the means of mechanical excavation.

We can load, haul or deliver whatever your needs. We have several different configurations available including end dumps and belly dumps, tandem and more.
